Our Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake mix is very simple and easy for all to make and use.
Just add water
First, we have to pour the sponge mix into a bowl with some water. The quantity of the water will be half the quantity of the sponge mix. The ratio will be the same for all quantity of ingredients.
Now we have to use a mixer to mix the powder with the water. In this step we have to start the mixer at a slow speed for around 3 minutes and will increase the speed later on. We have to make sure that all the sponge mixes are picked up. At first it will look like its a bit watery, but the consistency will change over time. Now by turning off the mixer we can take a spoon to mix the powders which are attached to the sides of the bowl with the water. We have to make sure that there is no sponge mix underneath as well.
This time we need to put the mix into the mixer at a high speed for about 10 minutes to make sure the consistency is totally different. So our eggless vanilla sponge mix contains 500 grams of sponge mix with 250 grams of water.
Now we have to put the mix into the baking pan and put it into the pre-heated oven for around 25 minutes to bake in a temperature of 180-200 degrees. The mix will cover 1/3 of the pan and then it will rise. Some have a notion that the eggless cakes don’t rise. But we will request you to give it a try. Then you will have your answer.
After baking the mix for about 25 minutes we can take it out to have a quick look. To check whether it is properly baked or not, we can put a knife into the middle of the cake and take the knife out. If there is no cake mix with the sides of the knife, then it is properly baked. If it is not so, then we have to bake the mix into the oven for a couple of minutes (less than 5 minutes) more.
Now we can check the cake by cutting a piece of it and by having a taste of it.
You can enjoy our eggless cakes from anywhere in the world, whether it is America or India. We will have the cake delivered to your home.
